This is an outline for a book I was thinking about writing as I approach my 2nd anniversary.  Thought at this point I’m thinking of going more memoir-esque.

-Reducing sedentary habits

Eating

-Insulin resistance and nutrient composition

-emotional eating and disihibition

-conditioned hyper eating and dietary consistency
